We believe that given time, any competent headhunter should be able

101. The real value delivery of a retained executive search is a
function of what an externally hired executive produces during their
first 2-3 years on board with your company. Since 1990, we continue
to be the only executive search firm to warranty our candidates
for 3 years.
No
Candidate Recycling
Just paid $90K to your executive search firm and received a list
of the "usual suspects?" PHR Group does not believe in
candidate recycling. Although old-boy networks and database searches
frequently result in shorter search cycles, there is a significant
price to be paid by the hiring company. There are no shortcuts in
this business; there is a direct correlation between the quality
and diversity of a panel of finalists and the volume of candidates
recruited by your headhunter.
Whereas many of our competitors are content to search their databases
of known candidates and make a few dozen calls to assemble a panel
of candidates, we recruit 150+ candidates on a typical search.
Success-Based
Pricing
When you retain an executive search firm, do you know what you're
buying? Are you actually buying a "market study?" You
may be, if you're compensating your search firm irrespective of
search result. At PHR Group, we add value by incrementally increasing
our customer's pool of human capital by facilitating external hires.
As a result, our Search Fee is equal to 1/3 of an externally-hired
candidate's first year on-target-earnings, payable in two installments:
A single Retainer Payment invoiced upon start of the search and
a Success Payment (equal to the difference between the Search Fee
and the Retainer Payment) invoiced upon the start of your candidate.
Unlike most other executive search firms, PHR Group pays our own
out-of-pocket search expenses, typically reducing your total search
costs by as much as 15-20%.

Candidate Warranty
Despite our best efforts to screen & recommend candidates, as
well as the thoroughness of our customer's selection & intake
processes, candidate failure still infrequently occurs. Unlike other
firms who prefer to believe candidate failure doesn't exist, we
have over 16 years of experience partnering with our customers to
replace failed candidates quickly and as painlessly as possible.
